Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Dreamlink ("the Bot") to your Discord server, or by using its features (including but not limited to /createlink, /addlink, and message transfer functionalities), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. Description of Service

Dreamlink is a utility designed to facilitate cross-server communication by linking channels via Webhooks. The Bot relays messages, attachments, and edits between linked channels to create a cohesive conversation across different Discord guilds.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use Dreamlink in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, you agree to:

• Comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Not use the Bot to relay illegal content, hate speech, spam, or content that harasses other users.
• Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the Bot's infrastructure (e.g., intentionally causing rate limits or database corruption).
• Acknowledge that server administrators are responsible for moderating the content transferred into their servers via the Bot.

4. Content Liability

Dreamlink acts strictly as a data conduit. The developers of Dreamlink claim no ownership over user-generated content transferred through the service. We are not responsible for:

• The content of messages sent by users.
• Any distress or damages caused by messages received from linked servers.
• The moderation of linked networks (this is the responsibility of the Link Owner/Admins).

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Dreamlink is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice for maintenance or other reasons.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban specific users or servers from using Dreamlink at our sole discretion if they are found to be in violation of these Terms or the Discord Community Guidelines. Link Administrators also retain the right to ban specific servers or users from their created networks.
